In-Store / Online

In-store or online purchases can be exchanged for store credit or exchanged with other items.
The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package and with the original garment tag, along with a copy of the receipt (both email or physical receipt are accepted).  The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • No return will be accepted without prior authorization.

  • No return is accepted on items that are purchased on Sale or on Clearance.

  • No return will be accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Store Credit

If a return is accepted, a store credit will be issued upon receiving the item in perfect condition. This credit WILL EXPIRE within 2 months from the date the credit is issued. Please use it within that time frame. This new policy is effective from 07/15/22.

If free shipping was offered (for online orders over $100) we will deduct the cost of the original postage before issuing a store credit.
